What are PBN Backlinks? How do you make them?

A private blog network (PBN) can be a site of a collection of sites (domains) that can be used to rank your site higher in search engines.

The domains used for this are sites that were previously real sites, but were sold out or expired. For example, a company like Blockbuster Video goes bankrupt and the domain blockbustervideo.com is sold or auctioned.

You can purchase such a domain yourself and then use it to link to your website.

You are doing this because the previous site has authority and trust from the links that are established. The site can then be redirected to pass the authority (known as link juice) to whatever site you want to link to.

How do you make them?

How to effectively create and use buying a domain and then linking a small website.

Since Google doesn't want website owners to link to their own domain, they have filters in place to prevent the PBN from working effectively.

Not only that, but if Google detects that you are using a PBN, it can impose a fine on your site.

For this reason, when you create a PBN, it is important to look like a standalone website, on a different website hosting platform than the hosting system you are using.

Also test the PBN to make sure it gives a positive link. There are several steps to consider which is why this step by step guide was created.

It's every step to consider, from choosing a domain to deciding on hosting and how to start creating and testing a PB.
